I'm Back {Sort Of}

Well, it's been over a year since I last posted. This little guy is why: During my pregnancy, I worked out religiously. The hard part was my workouts were not what I was used to. With my previous pregnancy, I was able to run right up until d-day. With this little one, I ran {hopped} up until 28-30 weeks. I was carrying him very low and it started to hurt more than help. My routines turned to cycling, ellipticalling and weight training. All of which are great, unless you are a running lover. :) Over the last week, I have picked up steam. I feel like my body has recouperated and my hips are back in place. Right in time for winter! What timing!
